As a systems coach, my approach goes beyond individual and isolated behavior. I support my clients in grasping the entire system in which the behaviors exist. Through coaching, people start to connect seemingly unrelated pieces of the system enhancing positives and solving issues.
I have had the honor to serve as a leader in non-profit and for-profit organizations. I have created and run leadership consulting functions and have coached and led multiple start-ups.
